We use 0.9mm PVC tarpaulin from Plato which is the best PVC tarpaulin in this field, finnest eco-friendly, 1100g/m2, 1000*1000*20*22, the most durable, not too fragile to bear bouncy on it. All PVC Tarpaulin King Inflatable used is waterproof and fireproof, and reinfored in Every conner. Seam & double sticthing outside, baffle and leaflet sawing innerside, for more durable.

Maintanace manthod and the matters of the attention:
1.if the product appear small damage under 5 cm , can be repaired by glue.
2.if the damage area is larger , please select a needle to thread-stitching , then repaired by glue ; or select professional factory for maintenance.
3.clean the damaged area with clear water , dry with clear dishcloth , blow a bit for drying completely.
4.use the material of the same color to repair , cutting a patch , the patch size need larger than the damaged area.
5.cover the damaged area by patch , and mark surrounding the patches.
6.glue on the patch coated with a thin layer , note to apply glue as thin as possible.
7.coated with a thin layer of glue on damaged area too , be carefully do not apply glue out of the area
8.aftert a few minutes , stably paste the patches onto the damaged area.
9.in the process of paste , slightly heat with hot air blower to make pasting more firmly .
10.if bubbles appeared in the process of pasting , can use hair dryer heating , meanwhile , use scraper to remove out the bubbles.

4) If products broke due to workmanship problem and can’t repair , our company will produce a new one to you for free after confirmation , but about the shipping , the new replacement product will be shipped in the next container or you pick it up at our factory for optional.
5) About man-made problem(not quality problem) ,our engineer and production manager will discuss and to confirm whether is quality problem or not , our company will analysis the problem and explain to the customer if needed , if the result is not quality problem , it will be customer's responsiblity .But as support to after-sale service , our company will favor 10%-20% discount from the original price if the customer need a new one for replacement.
Workmanship:
1) Reinforcement. We make reinforcements at every weak points like welding seams, inside baffles, junctions.
2) Durable anchor ring. For anchor ring, we use 316 stainless steel material which will last longer than other metal in water.
3) Durable parts. All our parts like handles, anchor rings are welded instead of pasted by glue, it’s not easy to peel off.
4) Stable Connection System. Our company created originally eyelet connection system and anchor ring connection system which will make the whole park very stable.
Packaging & Shipping:
1. For the finished prodcut, we will pack with strong PVC tarpaulin(same to the products).
The PVC tarpaulin bag is durable enough to bear the impact during shipment. In order for you to find your products quickly, we print our company's logo on outside of PVC carry bag.
2.Blowers or air pumps will choose suitable package for shipment, PVC bag and carton for optional, also will be printed outside, so that you can find them quickly and correctly.
3.Different countries have different voltage and corresponding plugs, it will much appreciated if you can tell us the voltage and plugs in your country in advance.
