1. We add reinforcement strips for welding seams, so the trampoline has good airtightness and more durable.
2.For parts like anchor rings and handles, we use the big high frequency welding machine to weld on the products instead of glue on by hand. The parts and the main body are fused together so the quality is very stable and will not peel off.
3.For the parts that connect the trampoline net and main body, we do special treatment and it will not peel off.
4.We use auto-cutting machine to cut the material, the cutting lines are 100% straight and accuracy is high,most competitors use hand cutting.
5.For the material, we use 0.65/0.9mm thick(32oz) durable commercial grade PVC tarpaulin.
6. Airtight inflatable water games are made by high quality materails and advanced welding machine to ensure they are high quality products, just one time inflation will keep enough airpressure for a long time even under extremely low or high temperature. These inflatables are usually used as toy games for water parks, open seas, lakes, pools.
