This product is provided 2 year warranty, repair kits including glue, patch materials, D rings, handles, scraper, valve and so on are provided too. If products broke from inside material and can’t get it repaired , we will produce a new one for free , but about the shipping , the new replacement product will be shipped together in the nextcontainer . About man-made problem(not quality problem) ,our company will discuss with the engineer and production manager , to confirm whether it is quality problem or not , the company will analysis the problem and explain to the customer if needed , if the result is not quality problem , the responsibility should be undertook by the customer .But as support to after-sale service , the company will provide 10%-20% discount from the original price if the customer need replacement .
Maintanace menthod and the attentions:
1.if the product appear small damage , under 5 cm , can be repaired by glue.
2.if the damage area is larger , please select a needle to thread-stitching , then repaired by glue ; or select professional factory for maintenance.
3.clean the damage with clear water , dry with clear dishcloth , blow to dry completely.
4.use the material of the same color to repair , cutting a patches , the area size need larger than the damage area.
5.cover the damage by patches , and mark surrounding the patches.
6.glue on the patches coated with a thin layer , note is not glue as thick as possible.
7.toated with a thin layer of glue inside the loop , be carefully not to gule out the loop .
8.aftert a few minutes , aligning patches with the damage , stablish .
9.in the process of paste , slightly with blower , heating , make pasting more firmly .
10.if bubbles appeared in the process of pasting , can use hair dryer heating , meanwhile , use flat thing to move out the gas.
