A. Of course they can. Our moonwalkers, combos, slides and obstacles are built to withstand adult use. In fact, you might be surprised at how many adults use our inflatables.
Q: Do you ship by sea, land or air?
A: We do both. It just depends on your budget and which shipping method you want to choose for yourself.
Q: Do you pay for shipping or does the customer pay for shipping?
A: Yes, the customer pays the shipping costs. The prices in our catalog are for our items only. However, we receive an average discount of 80% from the shipping companies we work with, which we pass on to our customers.
Q: Can we customize the units with the color of our choice?
A: Yes, you can choose your colors at no additional cost.
Q: What is the shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs are usually around $60-$80 for a regular size bouncer shipped to major US and EU ports.
Q: How many people does it take to install and pick up a regular size inflatable bouncer?
A: One person can easily operate a regular 13'x13' (4mx4m) sized bouncer.
Q: How long does it take to transport?
A: Usually 25-30 business days, but faster collection options are available for an additional fee.
Q: If these inflatables are not in stock, how long does it take to make them.
A: Large items like inflatable obstacle courses and water slides can take 7-10 days. Ordinary bounce houses and combos usually take 5-7 days. Custom orders take about 7-12 days, depending on style, size and structure.
Q: What if I want to buy something you don't have?
A: We accept custom orders for all types of inflatable products.
